For those locals, this bloom reminds me of the fire element in Olympia’s Procession of the Species, and specifically costumes Samba OlyWa wore one year. Okay, that was super local but basically this blossom looks like a campfire, with red petals with yellow edges and yellow at the center. They are so much fun! I love combining them with sunflowers for a bouquet that screams summer! The blooms are 8+” on 5’ plants.
